About this game

Port Cardinal is a rusty harbor city with too many unlocked cars. Walk its streets, hotwire anything parked, take jobs from a shady fishmonger and shake off the police all the way up to the helicopter. Then join other drivers online and fight over the Hot Bag: grab it, get to the drop, and try not to get zapped. It is a cartoon caper, so nobody gets more than a nasty shock.
